He expanded his initial manufacturing business from $4.5M to $25M through the 1990s and mid-2000s, and now applies those same growth solutions to help mid-sized private firms navigate M&A complexity and achieve strong growth or a strategic exit.

Warren is passionate about helping business owners transition from overworked owner operator to relaxed owner investor, showing them how to take money off the table with reduced stress and an improved lifestyle.
